WHO I AM
I’m a Texas native and Realtor who leads with strategy, empathy, and intention. Real estate is about helping people make confident decisions during major life transitions, and I take pride in guiding clients through one of the most important investments of their lives. My role is to bring clarity, organization, and steady guidance so you can focus on what comes next.
I hold an MBA, bring a background in business and marketing, and am certified as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert. These experiences allow me to anticipate challenges, think strategically, and handle each step with precision. My clients value my calm approach, transparency, and dedication to making the process smooth from start to finish.
HOW IT ALL BEGAN
When I was 24, I walked into a sales office and bought my first home, a new build.
I didn’t have a Realtor, and I didn’t fully understand how important it was to have someone representing my interests. I didn’t know what questions to ask or where I could have negotiated. I was proud, excited, and doing it on my own, but looking back, I can clearly see where guidance would have saved me money and stress.
Not long after, I began working for a custom home builder. That role gave me a completely different perspective. I saw how homes are priced, how contracts are written, where flexibility exists, and where it doesn’t. I learned how builders think, how upgrades are presented, and how decisions made early on can affect a homeowner for years. It gave me an inside look most buyers never get.
Years later, when I purchased my second home, a pre-owned property, I worked with a Realtor who completely shifted my perspective again. She noticed repair issues I would have missed, explained the process clearly, and advocated for me every step of the way. That experience showed me what great representation truly looks like.
Those early lessons, both as a buyer and behind the scenes with a builder, shape how I serve my clients today. I know what it feels like to navigate real estate without guidance, and I also understand how the other side of the transaction works. Whether you’re considering new construction, a resale home, or planning your next move, my goal is simple: to make sure you feel informed, supported, and confident from start to finish.
I still remember the pride and excitement of standing in that first home I bought on my own. That feeling never leaves you. It’s the same feeling I want every client to have, knowing they made the right move and had someone in their corner the whole way.

Community has always been a big part of my life. I believe being a Realtor is about more than helping people find homes. It is about being involved, giving back, and staying connected to the place I call home.
I am the First Vice President for the Women’s Council of Realtors, Austin. I serve on the board for Ladders for Leaders and stay active in organizations that support growth and service across Central Texas, including the Junior League of Austin and the Friends of Christopher Guild. Giving back keeps me grounded and reminds me what truly matters.
Outside of real estate, I am a proud mom and dog mom to Blake and Dolly. I enjoy being outdoors, exploring local spots, and supporting small businesses that make our communities unique. I am grateful for every client who trusts me with such an important milestone and for the opportunity to help others feel at home in Central Texas.
